We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to work in the Seattle area. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling a variety of material handling tasks such as receiving, order picking, shipping, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:- Product Handling: Receive, unload, inspect, and stock inbound shipments; pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pick-up.- Warehouse Organization: Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, manage stock replenishment, and ensure inventory accuracy.- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service to customers by assisting with order pickups, answering inquiries, and handling transactions when necessary.- Safety and Maintenance: Follow all safety procedures and company policies, report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment, and help maintain a clean and organized facility.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and store personnel, installers, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.- Other Duties: Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned, such as wire cutting, loading/offloading freight, and maintaining showroom displays.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:- Forklift certification is a plus along with experience in other material handling equipment.- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems or order processing software.

Education:High School

Qualifications:- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 60 lbs.) repeatedly throughout the day.- Organizational skills and attention to detail.- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and order processing.- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
