Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Document Coordinator to work in our Hartland, WI office. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Document Coordinator will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a Non-Exempt employee. The Document Coordinator will facilitate the transfer of documents to all project departments, including engineering, procurement, project management, fabricators, and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:Two (2) years experience in Administrative / Document ControlAssociate's Degree (preferred), High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Experience working at an engineering company in a similar position is a plus.Job Description:

Receive, compile, transmit, and maintain control records and related files to release drawings, procedures, quality documents, and engineering documents to operating departments.Examine documents, such as drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.Receive, compile, transmit, and maintain control records and related files for files returned from operating departments to be returned to suppliers.Maintains related files.Maintain accurate databases and execute all transactions recording the life cycle history of all transmitted documentation.Set up and maintain master document registers for each project using Aquatech's software.Perform clerical work; screen mail and compose correspondence based on general instruction, as needed.Additional Responsibilities as assigned.Skill Requirements:

Proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.Benefits:
