Seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team in San Diego.Position Overview :The team is looking for a Senior Associate or Vice President in Investment Banking with a strong background in the technology and B2B software sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing professional to join a dynamic team focused on delivering sophisticated financial advisory services to a range of clients, including startups, mid-market companies, and large corporations in the tech industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage key client relationships in the technology and B2B software sectors.Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes for M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements.Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and other client deliverables.Collaborate with senior leadership to define transaction strategy and execution plans.Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality work output.Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, private equity raises, and strategic advisory mandates.Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships within the tech and B2B software markets.Work closely with internal teams, external advisors, and clients to ensure seamless transaction execution.Qualifications :5 - 8 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on technology, software, or B2B sectors.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.Proven experience in managing and executing M&A transactions.Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, senior executives, and team members.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).Must be willing to work on-site in San Diego, California.
