Radiation Oncology and Imaging Services Manager
will play a vital support role within OneOncology through service line expansion projects, promoting best practices, and contributing to strategic program initiatives. The role fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders while utilizing subject matter expertise and leadership skills to contribute to community oncology growth opportunities. This role will partner and collaborate with the OneOncology operations team, other corporate SMEs, and local practice leaders as point of contact to bring new and/or expanded services into the OneOncology network. In addition, the role will lead Radiation and Imaging projects to optimize service line delivery and standardize processes across the organization. The
Radiation Oncology and Imaging Services Manager
will report to OneOncology’s
Sr. Director, Radiation Oncology and Imaging Services.
This position can be remote near a major US airport or office based in Nashville.Responsibilities:Collaborate on a Radiation and Imaging services playbook to support community oncology practices.Partner with operations and integration teams to provide support and service line expertise for established practices and new practices throughout OneOncology.Serve as a relationship manager for vendors and practices.Support cross-functional projects while monitoring and reporting status to leadership.Advise infrastructure planning and network strategy solutions.Evaluate service line capital equipment and software options.Collaborate with technical and operational teams to achieve radiation and imaging program goals utilizing project management skills to ensure budget, timelines, resources and regulatory standards are well maintained.Develop project plans, toolkits and checklists to successfully implement service lines and program solutions.Promote program efficiency through continuous improvement and streamlined operations.Collaborate with peers across OneOncology to support practice growth initiatives, share best practices, and drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams/departments.Support additional service line or integration projects under strategic operations.Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.Qualifications/Competencies:5 + years’ clinical operations experience managing radiation oncology and/or imaging services.Licensure with ARRT or NMTCB.Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment.Proven ability to manage vendors, complex projects, partnerships, and operational improvements.Customer Service mindset.Solid knowledge of project management methodologies; Track record of successful project leadership and execution; PMI (Program Management Institute) certification is a plus.Knowledge of industry regulations, vendors, systems and software to support Radiation Oncology and/or Imaging services.Excellent communication skills (verbal/written/listening).Must be detail-oriented, own key tasks, handle moderately complex problems, require minimal direction and be able to work within a team setting.Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to travel up to 50% and work weekends as needed.
