You will manage all aspects of cash management, cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, cash flow projections, electronic payments, FX trading activities, and credit facility management. You will oversee a high-performing treasury team, including both on-site and offshore resources. We are looking for a leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury and cash management, as well as a strong background in FX trading and credit facility management.In this role, you will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies. Building and maintaining relationships with banking partners will also be key to your success. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential, along with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in managing and scaling credit facilities and will have experience in structuring and optimizing debt and equity funding decisions. You should excel at multitasking, managing tight deadlines, and leading a team effectively.
