icotek Corp is seeking a strategic and results-oriented National Distribution Program Manager (NDPM) to lead our nationwide distribution efforts. This role is responsible for defining, executing, and managing a comprehensive distribution strategy that aids revenue growth across the United States.In close collaboration with the COO, the National Distribution Program Manager will oversee distribution performance nationwide, working with regional sales managers to ensure consistent and effective distributor support.Location: Flexible within the United States (ideally in Chicago area)Reports to: Chief Operating Officer, icotek CorpKey Responsibilities
National Distribution Strategy and Planning:Identify and prioritize potential distribution partnerships and set national distribution goals in conjunction with the Regional Sales ManagersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key national distributors to drive product visibility, market share, and revenue growthDevelop and execute national engagement plans to align distributor goals with icotek’s objectives, ensuring mutual successServe as the primary contact for escalated issues within the distribution network, providing solutions to maintain high partner satisfactionPerformance Monitoring and Channel Optimization:Regularly monitor and report on the national distribution program’s performance, ensuring alignment with icotek’s sales strategy and KPIsConduct periodic reviews with distributors to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plansCollaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales to optimize distribution channel effectiveness and support market needsMarket Development and Program Expansion:Identify emerging markets and growth opportunities, leading initiatives to establish distribution channels in these areasWork to design distributor-specific training and promotional materials that support sales effortsLead contract negotiations with major distribution partners, securing agreements that align with icotek’s strategic growth plansSales Reporting and Data Analysis:Provide monthly reporting to the COO, detailing revenue performance and strategic insightsUse data to make data-driven adjustments to strategies as neededEnsure accurate reporting and continual refinement of distribution data such as point-of-sale and stock levelsKey Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Sales Revenue and quota attainment through distributionDistribution Network ExpansionDistributor Engagement and satisfaction scoresCompletion of Distributor Training and Engagement InitiativeQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus5+ years of experience in distribution or channel sales management, with a focus on national or large-scale B2B distribution programsDemonstrated success in creating and managing national distribution strategies that drive channel growth and market expansionProven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong, long-term distributor partnershipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building skillsProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics toolsWillingness to travel nationally to meet with distribution partners and manage program activitiesWhat We Offer
