You will play a key role in cultivating and managing a portfolio of dedicated donors committed to ensuring all children have access to equitable education.You will be responsible for crafting and executing a long-term vision and strategy for development, with a focus on attracting both public and private funding. This is a strategic position that requires collaboration with the Executive Director, regional advisory board members, and fellow fundraisers to maximize contributions and explore new donor opportunities.We seek a skilled professional with at least 7 years of experience in fundraising and development who has a demonstrated record of exceeding ambitious goals. Exceptional relationship-building abilities and strong communication skills are essential, as is a thorough understanding of effective fundraising practices. Familiarity with the local fundraising landscape and a capability to navigate intricate philanthropic environments will help you succeed in this role.As the Director, you will engage with a diverse range of donors and maintain meticulous records in our customer relationship management system.
