Supports strategic planning and enrollment management initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and basic forecasting. Assists in the preparation of enrollment projections, trend analyses, and data-driven recommendations to inform institutional decision-making. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in providing analytical support for strategic enrollment management and long-term planning efforts.Contributes to the creation and maintenance of the data dictionary for the data warehouse by updating entries and assisting with documentation.Supports the generation of enrollment, degree, and credit hour projections by collecting and organizing relevant data for analysis.Supports strategic projects by providing data support, basic analysis, and administrative assistance.Contributes to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive data warehouse for strategic planning, ensuring accurate documentation and accessibility of key institutional metrics.Assists in generating multi-year enrollment, degree completion, and credit hour projections using historical data and basic forecasting techniques to support strategic planning efforts.Gathers and analyzes data from various sources to support the development of the institution's strategic enrollment management plan, including market demand analysis and competitor benchmarking.Conducts basic analysis of historical enrollment data to identify long-term trends and patterns, providing insights for future strategic initiatives and program development.Assists in analyzing the impact of external factors (e.g., demographic shifts, economic trends) on enrollment patterns and helps prepare scenario-based projections for strategic planning purposes.Supports the evaluation of new academic program proposals by gathering relevant market data, analyzing potential demand, and preparing basic financial projections.Assists in developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic enrollment goals and institutional effectiveness.Supports senior analysts and project managers in strategic enrollment management projects by conducting research, preparing data sets, and contributing to the development of action plans based on analytical findings.Cooperates with other academic units to gather a repository of existing initiatives and any data available on their effectiveness, organizing this information for easy access and analysis.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization.Desired Qualifications
Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.Fundamental understanding of data analysis techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database systems.
