We are looking for a
Full Time MSP IT Engineer
to join our dynamic team!
Position Overview:
The MSP IT Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and project management for multiple clients. You will play a key role in maintaining clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, an aptitude for technology, and an ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive and reactive technical support to clients.
Manage and maintain client networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop, network, and server environments.
Configure, deploy, and support hardware and software.
Monitor and optimize client systems to ensure maximum uptime.
Implement security best practices and assist with backup and disaster recovery planning.
Document all client interactions, solutions, and configurations within our system.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and client projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in IT support, preferably with an MSP or similar environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, routers, and VPNs.
Experience with remote monitoring and management tools.
Familiarity with backup solutions, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services.
Certifications:
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with scripting or automation.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and threat detection.
