Greets faculty, staff, students, and clients, responding to inquiries or directing calls as needed. Provides assistance to University staff in the Duplicating Center and completes duplicating requests. Operates office technology, systems, and mail equipment to support daily operations. This position is classified as essential personnel.

Essential FunctionsInteracts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.Assist University staff with requests and services at the Duplicating Center, ensuring timely completion of duplicating tasks.Operate and maintain office technology, systems, and mail processing equipment to ensure efficient daily operations.Accurately sort incoming mail and packages by department, recipient, or priority level.Receive and manage incoming packages, ensuring they are properly logged and securely delivered to the recipient.Serve as the point of contact for internal staff regarding mail-related questions or requests.Ensure that the mailroom and distribution areas are kept clean and organized.Interacts with students, co-workers, visitors, and other individuals consistent with the values of JeffersonOther duties as assigned
