The ideal candidate will contribute to case strategy development, manage discovery processes, and collaborate effectively with clients and legal professionals.Job Overview:

As a Litigation Of Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex litigation matters, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring high-quality legal representation for clients.Duties:Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Supervise and mentor associates on case management and legal strategies.Collaborate with experts and consultants on case-specific matters.Assist in fact development and preparation of witnesses for depositions.Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.Contribute to the development of case strategy and litigation tactics.Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is advantageous.Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent business judgment and organizational abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Proficient in research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking.Ability to influence and persuade others effectively.Prior management experience is preferred.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized institution.Additional MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degrees are desirable.Admission to practice law in New York is encouraged.Admission to practice in California is required.Skills:Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.Responsive and efficient in handling client communications and inquiries.Compliance with firm policies and practices.Proficiency in digital tools and virtual conferencing platforms.Physical and sedentary activity, including prolonged computer work and meetings.Location and Benefits:Job Location: San Francisco, CA.Benefits Offered: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).
