Overview
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Senior Administrative Analyst to join our team in support of our US Army government customer. The Senior Administrative Analyst will focus on the management and optimization of administrative processes within the context of the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).
Essential Job Duties
Responsible for performing administrative tasks of complex scope and applying discretion and judgment to administrative problems and solutions.
Assist in the development of project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Facilitate communication and coordination among various project stakeholders.
Support the Project Manager on program and project operations, planning and project execution, and monitoring and reporting project resources and financials.
Provide ad hoc support for daily administrative actions to bothcustomer and management personnel that may be critical or confidential in nature.
Perform specialized tasksthat may involve continuous research and data analysis activities.
Must uphold the highest standards of administrative support, adhering to management procedures and policies, and contributing to operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical, or business management disciplines from an accredited college or university.
A minimum of6 years of experience in administrative roles in a DoD IT environment.
An active in scopeSecret security clearance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
Experience in documenting minutes for high-level meetings and producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
Work Environment
Normal office conditions.
Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700.
May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
On government site within Ft. Belvoir, VA.
