Platform - Senior Product Manager

What is the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Platform - Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead key initiatives across our Cloud business, representing critical customer groups across the organization. You will craft and execute strategic plans aimed at expanding our cloud regions across AWS/GCP/Azure, aligning projects with customer demand and business goals, while making strategic investments to drive growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams across Elastic to drive end-to-end product launches. What you will be doing Develop and oversee strategic initiatives to expand our cloud regions while supporting the growth and scalability of Elastic Cloud Hosted and Serverless products. Collaborate with engineering teams across Elastic to plan, develop, and launch new Elastic Cloud regions. Develop and advocate for public sector requirements, including understanding and addressing certifications and compliance needs specific to public sector customers. Identify and implement infrastructure improvements in collaboration with cloud providers (AWS, GCP & Azure) to enhance the customer experience and ensure our cloud services are reliable, scalable, and secure. Work with Sales & Marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies, messaging, competitive analysis, and enablement. Analyze market trends, customer feedback and customer usage to drive product features and process improvements. Communicate and align with stakeholders across the organization to drive project success and maintain transparency. What you bring along 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on cloud infrastructure or related fields. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud-native technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bonus Points Previous experience in managing global infrastructure across AWS, Azure & GCP. Experience with compliance and security standards such as FedRAMP High, IL5, or similar. Experience with Elastic Cloud, Elastic Stack or similar cloud-based search and analytics platforms/products. Experience or willingness to work in a distributed, global team organization.
