Current and previous clients include Marriott, Carnegie Mellon University, the State of Illinois, and many more. Rely Services is looking for highly talented Human Resource Manager. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the company, CEO and other leadership team members, and is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives within an assigned market consistent with Relys goals. Title - Human Resource Manager Type - Full Time Onsite only - Monday to Friday from Schaumburg IL Role Support management in a highly diverse range of issues such as: ? Talent Acquisition ? Employee Relations ? Compensation Management ? Performance Management ? Employee health and benefit program administration ? Liaison for policies and procedures ? Directs and evaluates Relys HR operations and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality controls objectives ? Coordinates and directs internal and external HR audits ? Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth ? Works to create consistency of all HR policies and ensures they are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. ? Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislations Qualifications: 7-10 years of HR experience which includes: ? Talent Management ? Employee Relations ? Talent Management ? Training and development ? 5-7 years of supervisory experience overseeing HR support roles ? Strategic executive leadership collaboration Preferred: ?
