Job Description
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational growth.Talent Management:
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement talent development programs to nurture employee skills and career progression.Performance Management:
Design and execute performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of open communication.Compensation & Benefits:
Analyze and manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations, while aligning with the company's strategic goals.Training & Development:
Identify training needs and implement programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.Diversity & Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects individual differences.HR Metrics & Analytics:
Utilize HR data and analytics to assess workforce trends, inform strategic decisions, and improve HR practices.Compliance & Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (particularly in California). The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR management in a manufacturing setting.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry regulations - preferably within the state of California.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and trends to drive decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.What's on Offer
Base Salary up to $120,000 based on experienceBonus potentialHealth Benefits, PTO, 401K matchMust be able to come onsite 5 days/week
