2. L3 Support: Collaborate with L2 support to help resolve escalated issues that require deep expertise and advanced troubleshooting.
3. Database Administration: Manage MongoDB databases and their associated configurations, ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and data integrity.
4. Replication and Clustering: Configure and monitor replication and clustering solutions to ensure data redundancy and high availability.
5. Performance Optimization: Analyze database performance metrics and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of database operations.
6. Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain reliable backup and restore processes to protect data from loss or corruption.
7. Monitoring and Alerting: Monitor databases for performance bottlenecks, unusual activities, and automate alerting and response mechanisms when necessary.
