Lake Elmo, MNWhat you'll do as the Wealth Strategist:
Collaborate with sales professionals to provide tailored financial planning services, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and prioritiesDevelop and deliver advanced financial strategies in areas such as:
Comprehensive financial planning (estate, tax, retirement, and business succession planning)Advanced asset allocation and risk management strategiesTax-efficient wealth transfer and gifting strategiesCharitable giving and philanthropic planningBusiness transition planning for entrepreneurs and family-owned businessesMulti-generational wealth planning, focusing on legacy preservation and continuityIntegration of financial, legal, and tax considerations across complex client portfolio
Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor by understanding their unique needs and objectivesProvide expertise and guidance to clients on managing wealth, minimizing tax liabilities, and achieving their financial aspirationsWhat you'll bring to the Wealth Strategist role:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field7-10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field, with a focus on multigenerational wealth planningRelevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, CPA, CFA, CTFA, or similar) are highly desirableComfortable interacting with individuals of significant wealthTrustworthiness and personal integrity that is beyond reproachProven track record in developing and managing complex wealth transfer strategiesIn-depth knowledge of estate planning, tax laws, trust structures, and investment strategiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clients and their familiesExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, including with external advisors and professionalsOccasional travel may be required for client meetings and conferencesMust maintain appropriate financial planning and advisory licensesTake the first step on your new career path!
