Windows Engineer, $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Remote Position

R+L CarriersInformation Technology Department has an immediate need for a Windows Engineer at our Wilmington, OH Service Center to administer and maintain existing Windows 2016/2019/2022 servers. The engineer will also administer and maintain Exchange 2019 Exchange, along with Active Directory and Group Policies, while providing high level support to the Helpdesk.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain existing Windows 2016/2019/2022 serversBuild and install new servers as neededAdminister and maintain Exchange 2019/ExchangeAdminister and maintain Active Directory and Group PoliciesWork with outside contractors to resolve problems with data equipmentWork with supervisor on new projects as neededIn depth network troubleshootingProvide high level support to Helpdesk as needed.Assist in troubleshooting application and/or networking issuesMonitor all company computer systems and responds to system messagesReport, document and escalate reported problems to appropriate vendorDemonstrate customer service attitude and work ethicMust be able to describe technical situations in non-technical termsKnowledge of a variety of peripheral devices is preferred.Must have demonstrated ability to handle stress and quicklyanalyze problems in a professional and courteous mannerQualifications
MCSE or MCSA certification is preferredRecent experience managing and implementing Windows 2019 Active directorySupport of Microsoft Exchange 2019/Exchange Windows performance and debugging toolsInstallation of Windows 2019/2022 operating systemsExperience in enterprise and application environment designKnowledge of VMwareSolid troubleshooting skillsSelf-motivated team playerClear and concise oral and written communication skills arerequired.Must have the ability to work independently and prioritize your workload
