YOUR MISSIONYou will be part of the Logistics team in Madrid and working closely with Merch team based in Madrid, our counterparts in France and of course communicating with all our Med stores. You will mainly focus on the tasks described below: MAIN TASKS You will manage and coordinate import & export activities for Kazakhstan.Prepare in advance novelties to be imported informing the right people.Alert on time for any kind of opportunity, change or issue.Coordinate export reverses from stores- making sure they are correctly done & followed by them with the broker.Finding new ways to optimize the workload for all the agents – HO, brokers & store. ORDER MANAGEMENT Review all orders in Med stores animating their pick and reducing those without depositCheck internal procedures and targets are respected LAYAWAY MANAGEMENT Weekly analysis and reports to make sure all Med stores are following the internal procedures. PRODUCT ANALIZING Weekly analyze on stock coverage by category.Report to our zone SC about needs and opportunities to avoid losing potential sales.
