Your primary responsibility is to represent RCV Roofing, part of the Bone Dry Family, with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.The
Division Manager
position is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations in the Roofing Department. This includes but is not limited to sales, production, callbacks, customer care, customer service, and safety.Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise all full roof replacement jobs and subcontractor crewsWork daily with other divisions to coordinate workflowVerify work orders, materials, deliveries, and pickupsConduct quality control inspections as a final walkthrough with the homeowner and subcontractor for all roofing projectsMaintain customer communication (via phone, email, and in-person) that reflects the RCV Way with all roofing projectsEnsure each job is a success by earning the client’s satisfaction and recommendationResolve complaints, issues, and warranty claims in a timely and professional mannerCommunicate with the Scheduling Manager to manage the roofing scheduleEnsure budgets and goals are met by working with the General Manager (GM) to guarantee the roofing division adheres to RCV policies and processesManage workflow and expenses to ensure maximum efficiency and profitabilityCollect payment on all projects no later than 7 daysWork closely with the GM, manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationshipsFill in where needed as an inspector, production worker, or in the office as work dictatesCollect and analyze company data relevant to your departmentDocument all customer interactions and errorsAct as a representative of RCV for community and public relationsParticipate as a member of the Management Support team, which requires weekly meetingsIdentify, discuss, and solve company issuesLead, manage, and maintain accountabilityRequirements:
3+ years of previous experience in a related fieldManagement/leadership experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredAbility to use all types of laddersAbility to get on all types of roofsMust be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.Valid driver’s licenseExcellent communication skillsAbility to positively and professionally interact with co-workers, the general public, contractors, vendors, and RCV clientsExcellent time management, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail skillsCompensation and Benefits:
