Analyst, Client Financial Operations
Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)Position Description:This Analyst role is a critical position for Client Financial Operations and will partner with other internal departments. This role will be an instrumental team player that will drive process improvement with our invoicing (drug spend and ancillary) and reconciliations. The individual must have a strong financial background in PBM and be comfortable working with Excel and SQL formulas to efficiently run processes.Position Responsibilities:Reconcile ERP system to ensure amounts to be invoiced to clients are accurateUtilize SQL or other data query applications to prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as requiredRespond to questions via email from different departments regarding client invoicingGenerate ad hoc reports as required to support client billingInterpret client contracts for financial obligationsImplement process improvements and collaborate enhancement for data and other related revenue itemsCollaborate with different departments to get needed information to bill for new programsEnsure finance is being supplied with all information needed for revenue purposesResponsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative field and/or PBM experience (preferred)2+ years of related experience in finance, data analysis, or accountingStrong Excel and SQL SkillsAbility to challenge and improve existing processes through automation and redesignMotivated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, forward-moving environmentAttention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality workPassion for healthcare and for driving lasting change in pharmacy benefitsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, solve problems, make recommendations, and draw valid conclusions in a timely and accurate mannerPython experience preferred
