You are highly adaptable and have exceptional problem-solving abilities. Building solid relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates comes naturally. Your excellent communication skills foster effective collaboration and clear understanding in onsite and remote settings.Additional qualifications include:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field required.Prior experience with ERP systems is required; familiarity with NetSuite is a strong advantage.Three years of relevant experience is required.Extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent administrative skills.Excellent written and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office especially Excel.What You’ll Do:

The Procurement/Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting business goals and objectives related to purchasing and vendor management. This role will prepare, review, negotiate, track, and administer contracts and purchase orders while continuously improving internal processes and relationships.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Reviews cost proposals and pricing information.Prepares and administers contracts and purchase orders with specific vendors.Compares bids from vendors and determines, or assists with determination, to whom contracts will be awarded.Evaluates vendor proposals to ensure that all requirements are met.Confirms that terms and delivery dates are accurate.Evaluates the competence of vendors and reviews their invoices for accuracy.Maintains database regarding vendors’ performance and quality of product(s).Reviews logistics processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements

improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.Reviews and analyzes transportation costs, parts procurement and delivery processes, inventory issues such as back orders, and other fulfillment metrics.Ability to manage vendor relationships, follow up on orders, and handle the push-out and pull-in order processes to adjust timelines and maintain supply chain efficiencyUses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes.International purchasing experience is a plus, along with familiarity with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes.Performs other related duties as assigned.Physical Demands:
