FIDELITY HOTEL is hiring for a BRAND COORDINATOR
Fidelity Hotel is an adaptive reuse project located at 1940 E. 6th Street in the historic 103-year-old Baker Building. Fidelity Hotel will have 97 guest rooms & suites, each with tailored amenities, custom-designed furniture, and thoughtfully curated art. The property will feature a full-service restaurant, bar, event & meeting spaces, and a private dining room. Fidelity Hotel is an homage to Cleveland's long-standing ideals. Our unwavering dedication to the city's soul is expressed through the design, brand, art, amenities, and community programs - all carefully selected to be additive to and reflective of the innovation & creativity that makes Cleveland so special.
JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Brand Coordinator will be accountable for creating + executing impactful marketing initiatives that drive brand and revenue to the hotel outlets. This role requires a brand publisher mindset: you'll create the content our audience is looking for, that aligns with marketing & revenue goals, then optimize the path to conversion. As our Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, scheduling, communicating, and delivering marketing + programming initiatives that are on-brand, on time, and on budget. In other words, you'll get to work with a lot of awesome people, in a hectic + fun industry, making really special stuff happen (but still on time, on budget, and on brand).
Of equal importance to the creative side of this role is the technical & administrative side: the Brand Coordinator is responsible for making sure information stays updated across digital channels; determines key performance metrics, and monitors & adjusts strategy based on those metrics; runs regular marketing meetings with properties and is able to confidently provide educated marketing & brand expertise based on changing needs & goals.
What you'll do:Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, training material, memos, andverbal instructionDevelop campaigns and promotions that are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotionBuild relationships with brand-aligned partners and develop community-minded programming eventsWork with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure marketing solutions are delivered on time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline, and cost expectationsPlan, schedule, communicate, and control all project activities toward these objectives, applying creative, technical, and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements while building positive professional relationships with stakeholdersProject manage marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement & leads, deliver sales, and adhere to brandEffectively manage and optimize all third-party contract agencies and all incoming requests from property teams and other stakeholdersManage editorial calendar and organization workflowsChannel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels, including email / newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and strategies work on each, and why.Compile reports for distributionField and fulfill incoming media requests for interviews, photography, recipes, etc.Coordinate on-site partner & media photoshootsManage + update all digital platforms, and regular audits of operational collateral and guest-facing messagesMeasurement and optimization of programs will be required on a regular and ongoing basisSome administrative or other tasks may be assignedWho you are:
You are a student, a teacher, and a leader. You are unafraid to ask questions, share knowledge, and lead with integrity.You can write and edit. In all styles, many voices & SEO optimized. And you have fun doing it.You have a portfolio of diverse content - writing samples, social media, photography, and graphic design.Content is fun, but you know the metrics and data behind it are an equally important piece of the puzzle.You believe in hospitality, deeply and passionately.You are knowledgeable and at the forefront of emerging digital and creative trends.You're excellent with time management and know when to ask for help.You have a strong work ethic and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.You have an intuitive sense of how to manage the back end of most digital platforms.You have opinions about photography & videography best practices and aesthetics.A plus: You have previous experience working in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels.A must: You like to have fun & be nice.BENEFITS
