Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Business Development and Innovation Manager for our client, a leading learning transformation and leadership development firm. We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience winning and managing GSA Schedule, 8(a), and EDWOSB contracts. This role demands an individual who excels in executing strategy, identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will also have experience with GovWin and, preferably, ZOHO. As our client aims to expand its federal footprint, this role will be pivotal in identifying new revenue streams, expanding contract values, and supporting the companys growth objectives

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience winning and managing GSA Schedule, 8(a), and EDWOSB contracts.- Proven track record of successful proposal development and contract wins.- Experience with GovWin and familiarity with ZOHO (preferred).- Strong execution skills and the ability to set up and follow through with capture plans.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects, clients, and tasks efficiently.
Comfortable with ~20 hours/week temporarily.
