Right at Home Vero Beach is seeking a experienced and dynamic professional Business Development Account Manager to join our growing team in Vero Beach.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between our agency and the senior livning communites other to coordinate home health services to clients.
Responsibilites:
Work closely with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians
as well as provide education to staff to generate referral sources.
Provide initial in-home assessments for prospects and new clients and enter assessment
notes and care plan into Wellsky
Manage leads from referral sources and ensure efficient start of care process for new
clients.
Expeditiously document all activity in company system
Coordinate with team in providing detailed information for successful staffing and client
care.
Educate patients, families, community and other referral sources on programs and
services offered.
Travel frequently within communities serviced by company, schedule meetings and
develop referral sources: document referral sources within Wellsky.
Provide weekly onboarding for new employees in satellite office.
Participate in networking events within assigned territories.

Experience Required
One or more years supervisory experience
Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development in home health or healthcare industruy
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred
LPN
Required

Detailed Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all the details necessary to
get the job done well.
