We are seeking an experienced, solutions-focused Customer-Facing Applications Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients in both front-end, pre-sales engagements and back-end, post-sales support to ensure seamless delivery of our advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions.

Our Client is a pioneering company specializing in innovative water treatment membrane technologies, including proprietary 3D-printed membranes that improve reverse osmosis (RO) performance. We provide cutting-edge solutions to the municipal, commercial, and industrial markets, addressing the growing need for SUSTAINABILITY and PRODUCTIVITY with water purification technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Engagement:
Participate in client meetings to discuss system requirements, design, and technical specifications.Collaborate with clients and internal teams during the design phase to ensure alignment with customer needs.Provide technical guidance on water and wastewater membrane applications and other system components.Post-Sales Support:
Oversee commissioning, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of treatment systems post-installation.Conduct data review and analysis to monitor system performance and recommend improvements.Provide ongoing technical support to clients to maximize the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Collaboration and Innovation:Work closely with sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements, emphasizing a strong customer-focused approach.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve system design and operational efficiency.Act independently and think creatively to tackle technical challenges in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.10-15 years of experience in the water and wastewater industries or 5+ years of experience if worked directly with Reverse OsmosisProven experience in water and wastewater treatment systems, particularly membrane applications, process engineering, and systems design.Strong knowledge of water chemistry and hands-on experience in field applications.Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to develop customer-centric solutions.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative approach to engineering challenges.
