This role is responsible for leveraging data and transforming it into insights and reporting that can be utilized across all levels of the organization. This role will be engaged in driving the business both through support of our business partners in both the offices and field teams along with informing strategy for our Executive Leadership Team.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for:Driving organizational excellence through insights and recommendations to optimize how we capture volume and rate to drive efficiency in our patient funnelsDevelop and distribute reporting that integrates both daily operational metrics and monthly financial results to inform end-users of the current state of the businessDrive action from key stakeholders including leaders for the Field, Service Lines, and the Executive Leadership TeamAdd value to reporting through insights that go beyond what the target audiences can infer through data aloneCreate ad hoc analyses that determine the root cause of an issue and provide recommendations on how to drive improved resultsAdapting to multiple different businesses underneath the TAG umbrella and understanding the intricacies of each brands data structureDefining business requirements and working closely with IT to create new data sources for reporting by transforming available data sets and identifying gaps where data is unavailableHaving full understanding of how key metrics are derived, what they mean and what drivers relate to eachEnforcing data integrity, accuracy and governance in financial and management reportingMinimum Education and ExperienceBA or BS in Data Analytics, Finance, Business or other degree with equivalent work experience in analysis or insights bases roles.2-4 years of experience in analysis-driven roles required. Experience in multi-unit retail environment is desirable.Experience writing in SQL or BigQuery is required. Experience using data visualization software like Tableau is a plus.Ability to find and query appropriate data from databases, along with validating and reviewing data and reports for accuracy and completionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders is desirable.Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
