Oversee and manage ECM systems, specifically as a system administrator and developer, focusing on planning, designing, testing, implementing, and modifying content management solutions.Gather requirements and conduct solution analysis to ensure ECM system alignment with business needs.Utilize OnBase Document Composition Module for efficient electronic correspondence development.Design, configure, and maintain Unity Forms, Image Forms, and HTML Forms.Hold OnBase certifications, including System Administrator or Installer, Workflow Administrator or Workflow Engineer; WorkView and API certifications are preferred.Develop OnBase document types, keywords, queries, reports, forms, import processes, and workflows.Execute custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server for enhanced document management processes.Perform OnBase system upgrades and resolve technical issues through debugging and investigation.Create technical documentation and deliver training and support to end-users and stakeholders.Collaborate effectively in a team-focused environment, applying ECM best practices and staying updated on emerging EDM trends.
