Our client is a leading transit-packaging provider with a proud tradition of offering a wide range of innovative and effective products and solutions to customers worldwide.The Senior HR Manager provides HR leadership to core functions or departments of the organization. This is a critical leader in shaping and executing the HR strategy within our organization. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Director, this role will collaborate with senior leaders across assigned functions and corporate divisions to drive HR excellence and strategy. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing complex HR functions and a profound understanding of the manufacturing and corporate landscape, as well as, compensation, data analytics and Talent Acquisition.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSStrategic Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Design and implement comprehensive talent strategies to attract and retain high-caliber professionals. Develop innovative recruitment approaches and retention programs that align with business objectives and enhance organizational capability.Employee Relations Leadership:
Provide high-level guidance on employment practices, policies, and conflict resolution. Cultivate a high-engagement culture and act as a trusted advisor to senior management on complex employee issues.Ethics & Conduct Oversight:
Lead and oversee investigations into complex conduct and ethics issues. Advise senior management on strategic decisions and develop organizational policies to mitigate risks.Performance Management Strategy:
Partner with senior leaders to design and implement performance management frameworks and compensation strategies that drive organizational success and align with strategic goals.HR Administration Excellence:
Ensure the accurate maintenance of employee records and support sophisticated payroll and benefits processes. Oversee administrative support for key HR initiatives, including compensation analysis and employee development programs.Strategic Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with senior site managers and leadership teams. Serve as a key liaison between employees and executive management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Project Leadership:
Lead major HR projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals. Provide senior-level support and oversight for project execution.Organizational Development:
Oversee HR administrative functions and drive improvements in HR processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSExperience:
Minimum of 8 years in senior HR management roles, with significant experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial HR settings.Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 20% to various locations within the region.Education:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required; advanced degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
