We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to manage product data for key accounts within our systems. In this role, you'll ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by working closely with cross-functional teams to validate and maintain information based on customer requests. You'll play a key role in developing and refining automated processes to streamline data management, helping to boost efficiency and minimize errors. Your work will support sales initiatives, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen our relationships with both clients and internal teams. In This Role Provide and maintain detailed product data based on customer requests to ensure the completeness and accuracy of item setups Validate and enter new and existing item updates in various systems, including but not limited to dimensions, bill of materials, pricing, and image information Track and communicate development timelines of new product introductions with internal teams including Manufacturing, Photography, and Sales Collaborate with the Key Account team on streamlining internal data processes and tailoring customer-specific programs, ensuring accurate, standardized data tailored to customer needs Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop new tools or systems to optimize the validation and entry of product data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for standardization and centralization of product data processes Conduct image audits to ensure our customers have the most up-to-date images available Uphold the Core Values and contribute as a valuable member of the Four Hands team Other tasks as defined by management The Ideal Person

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required 2+ years in a customer-facing or support role Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables SQL experience preferred D365 experience a plus Proficient in data management, including cleansing and maintenance for accuracy and consistency Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage resources, prioritize tasks, and maintain structured workflows Familiar with data governance principles to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency Problem-solving skills to identify obstacles and implement solutions promptly Curiosity and eagerness to learn and seek out knowledge Ability to make decisions and work independently
