Job Description
Responsibilities:Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as requiredUpdating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.Assist with the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs for company personnelAssist with recruitment efforts including: job posting, interviews, and new hire processesCollaborate with payroll department on compensation, wellness and benefits data processing.Provide timely and accurate customer service in interactions with HR field personnel and employees.Create e-learnings to aid in the development of employee baseParticipate in Corporate training programsAssist in coordinating sustainability and corporate eventsRequirements:
Qualified candidates pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationExcellent analytical, cognitive and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeAbility to multitask while maintaining attention to detailsExcellent verbal and written skills; superior PC, Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Fluency in oral and written English
