We are looking for an HR Intern/TA Intern/HR Recruiter (Work From Home).
We seek a smart, intelligent, dedicated, and committed HR Recruiter or HR Intern, capable of handling Banking/BPO/IT hiring independently.
Job Profile:
- Sourcing relevant candidates for esteemed clients and calling candidates from portals/database.
- Convincing candidates to apply and ensuring they walk in for interviews.
- Achieving weekly offer and joiner targets.
- Managing candidate relations excellently.
- Ensuring good briefing and grooming of candidates to match requirements.
- Event management for respective clients.
- Ensuring client relations are managed excellently.
- Having a delivery-driven approach.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in communication on the phone with customers/candidates.
- Basic typing speed experience and proficiency in MS Excel (tracker) and MS Word management.
- Willingness to work under high pressure and achieve daily targets.
- Passion and interest in recruitment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and other stakeholders via phone.
- High energy, go-getter, and proactive personality.
- Ability to research candidates, head-hunt, and map talent from social media.
- Taking end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results.
