This is a 12-month limited term position which may be extended to 24-month and/ or become permanent.
The Contractors State License Board is currently recruiting a Staff Services Manager I in the Licensing Division's License Maintenance Operations Unit in Sacramento, California. CSLB is located near Highway 50 and Bradshaw Road.
Under general direction of the CSLB's Chief of Licensing Division (CEA A), the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) plans, organizes, and directs a variety of Licensing functions. The SSM I will supervise the Records Certification Unit and Judgments Unit.

• Incumbent in this position will be required to submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice for criminal history background clearance and be cleared before hiring.
• This position is subject to Title 16, section 3830 of the California Code of Regulations, the Department of Consumer Affairs' Conflict of Interest Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
