Why be an Office Manager at THG - NYC?

We are looking for a well organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our New York City office.

This position requires 4 days per week in the office. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment.

As an Office Manager, you'll:Manage the office's daily functions, including office supplies, equipment, and facilitiesLiaise with external vendors (e.g., cleaning, catering, building maintenance) to ensure smooth office operationAssist staff with their office needs, setting up events, and supporting various departmental requestsManage incoming and outgoing mailProvide administrative assistance as neededOnboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including setting up workstations, and facilitate offboarding processes when necessaryTrack office-related expenses and help with budget reportingCollaborate with other team members to ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination and communicationEvent Coordination: Organize in-office events, meetings, and team-building activities. Support all aspects of brand management and the execution of marketing programs from concept to go-to-market strategies, including briefing, seeding, influencer relations, content and collateralWhat skills & experience do I need for this role?

2-3 years of experience in office management or similar administrative roles.Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management toolsAbility to work independently and take initiativePositive attitude with strong interpersonal skillsPrevious experience managing office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships a plusPreferred:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Experience in a fast-paced or tech-oriented environment
