BBH's Innovation Lab is looking for a Data Scientist to join our team!
As a Data Scientist you will play a critical part in BBH Digital transformation by conducting research, designing, prototyping, and validating machine learning models to assure achievement of desired business outcomes. You will also be responsible for creating a production-ready code to put your models in the production environment. Please note this role will report into our Philadelphia office and will operate on a hybrid model weekly (3x in-office, 2x remote).
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and business correlation of analyzed data.Build data structures by gathering, identifying relationships and transforming big datasets.Developing AI models for Financial Services, including production-ready codeMonitor the efficiency of developed machine learning models and re-train when there is a need.Desired Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical conceptsHands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, SciPy, NLTK)Understanding of databases and SQL for data retrievalAt least 4 years of experience as Data ScientistDegree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related fieldBasic skills related to software development in Python (familiarity with basic OOP principles, unit testing)Nice to Have:
Experience building automated pipelines for model trainingExperience with Microsoft AzureWhat We Offer
