Innovation Lab
team! At the heart of our Innovation Lab is the development of an AI Platform, pushing the envelope in artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver transformative solutions. Please note this role will report to our Philadelphia office and will operate on a hybrid model weekly (3x in-office, 2x remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement applications using JavaWork closely with a team of developers, data scientists, and product managers to bring visionary AI-driven concepts to life.Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest technologies and best practices into your work.Tackle complex problems with innovative solutions, ensuring robust performance, security, and scalability.Engage in agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Share your knowledge and expertise with other team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Technical Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 17+) including multi-threading, concurrency, and memory management.Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket.Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)Experience with KafkaHands-on experience with microservices architecture, including design, development, and deployment.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AzureExperience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.Proficient with testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, Mockito.Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in development.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.A genuine passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay ahead of the curve.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.What We Offer
