The fleet coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet administration and operations of CBG's 700+ vehicles. The fleet coordinator will be expected to work with CBG's Fleet Management Company (FMC) to provide support for customers and branches while striving to reduce costs and maximize profits

Essential Functions• Conduct day to day operations of the Fleet Department and Fleet related activities• Provide immediate support to all drivers and field personnel• Maintain Fleet Databases, both internally and externally• Work with FMC, drivers, and center personnel to verify accuracy of databases.• Ensure licensing and renewals of all fleet vehicles are completed in a timely manner• Assure maintenance and repair decisions are timely and cost effective• Assist with the new vehicle delivery process and the removal/selling of old vehicles• Maintain a strong working relationship with center personnel and management• Provide regulatory compliance support to Human Resources Coordinators and Field Managers• Perform other duties as required to accomplish the objectives of this position

Minimum Qualifications• Associates Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience• Current and valid US driver's license• At least 5 years of experience in similar position

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities• Knowledge of fleet vehicles, specifications and maintenance procedures• Experience in working with or managing a Fleet Management Company• Knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations• Exceptional communication skills• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and see. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Frequent lifting required of items 5-25 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Work EnvironmentThis job operates in both a professional office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites. Conditions will include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Subject to frequent heavy lifting. May be exposed to variable weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
