This position reports into the Senior Financial Analyst - T&D Financial Strategy and Compliance and is based at Skillman, NJ but open to Remote.

What You Will Do
As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Tech & Data Finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of the Tech & Data organization, a team that is instrumental in unlocking the full potential of Kenvue. You will be responsible for a range of strategic and operational financial activities that support the business in achieving its goals.
Key Responsibilities
Budget vs. Actual (BvA) Analysis: Conduct BvA analysis to identify key variances, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of financial deliverables, including month-end and quarter-end close processes, while maintaining adherence to compliance standards.Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop and maintain financial forecasts for Capital and SG&A budgets, ensuring alignment with the strategic and financial goals of the Tech & Data Group.Trusted business partnering: Collaborate with business partners across the organization, providing financial insights, education, and support to drive informed business decisions.Project Support & Financial Modeling: Provide financial analysis and modeling support to applicable projects, including CARs and Kenvue Transformation related initiatives.Technical Accounting & Financial Compliance: Ensure the accurate reflection of actuals into different financial statements, while partnering closely with the Financial Compliance, Technical Accounting and Tech & Data business partners. Support testing and audits as needed.Risk & Opportunity Management: Perform ongoing assessments of financial risks and opportunities, delivering strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on potential opportunities.Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, focusing on increasing efficiency, accuracy, and the integration of innovative solutions.What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years professional experience in finance or accountingCandidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skillsAdvanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is requiredIndividual must work well in a dynamic / evolving environment and be able to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously3 years experience in influencing senior leadership3 years experience in leveraging technological solutions or programs to manage and visualize data (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI)3 years experience in driving financial process improvements2 years experience in complex financial modeling including DCF, etc.3 years experience financial compliance or compliance related activity including audit support and/or testingPreferred Qualifications
