This position reports into the Finance Director, North America FP&A and is based in Skillman and expected to move to Summit in or around Q1 2025.

The North America FP&A team is recruiting for a
Senior Finance Manager
to lead forecasting, analytics and reporting for the North American Region of Kenvue. This role will report to the Finance Director of North America FP&A and will support the North America Finance Leadership team including the CFO of the Region. Key responsibilities include:
Own the Regional planning and execution of all financial forecast cycles.Drive forecasting improvements by developing analytical insights on key P&L metrics including Sales, GP, SG&A, BME and OI&E.Enhance cash flow forecasting through cross-functional partnership within the Kenvue Finance Operating Model, develop new financial modeling and drive process improvement.Leverage the Kenvue ecosystem of cross-functional data to develop business insights.Lead with agility and build a FP&A infrastructure to quickly respond to ad hoc business requests.Be a champion for attracting, developing and retaining talent by modeling Kenvue's values and behaviors.The successful candidate will:
Demonstrate an outside in mindset, bringing external insights to the forefront of decision makingHave passion about the business, and a firm grasp of strategic and financial concepts; be flexible and quickly adapt to new market situations.Proactively identify and demonstrate innovative ideas, processes or technology to accelerate business performance, adapt to change and provide better solutions focused on value creation.Have demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization. Possess strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.Support both direct and indirect reports across the team including opportunities for development and increased impact.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
•A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting.
•A minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
•This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership capabilities.
•Prior experience managing and developing people strongly preferred.
•The ability to work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously is required.
•Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
