For more information, click here .Role reports to: Senior Director, US Brand Growth FinanceLocation: Skillman, moving to Summit in 2025Pay: $119,000-$205,850What you will doThe Senior Finance Manager, Hair will be responsible for full P&L management of the US Hair & Scalp business with sales of $400MM annually. The Hair & Scalp business represents brands including OGX, Maui, Rogaine, Aveeno and Neutrogena.The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for conducting financial analysis, deploying dashboards, and developing solutions to problems with varying levels of scope and complexity. This position will partner with the Hair US and Global cross functional teams to provide strategic and financial leadership in shaping and achieving financial goals for the Hair Portfolio. In addition, the role is responsible for leading and shaping innovation and business development initiatives through influencing cross functional resource allocation decisions to successfully deliver growth. Additionally, you will develop policies and procedures to meet finance group objectives:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of the Hair division as a Sr. Finance Manager.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the division, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall company goals.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on opportunities for operational and financial improvement.Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and strategies.Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to achieve business goalsProvide financial guidance and leadership to cross-functional teamsManage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reportsDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policiesAnalyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisionsManage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the finance departmentAct as a technical specialist and mentor to other members of the finance teamWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsMinimum of 8-10 years of finance experience with at least 4 years in a managerial roleBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fieldStrong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience in general finance and/or accountingDesired QualificationsMBA preferredExperience with SAP or other finance ERP systems preferredDemonstrated leadership and management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasksSelf-motivated, independent and proactiveAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850.
