Detroit Recovery Project, Inc. (DRP) is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that provides outpatient recovery support services for those with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We treat the whole person through our integrated programs of primary medical and behavioral healthcare.
Our program philosophy is rooted in developing a healthy recovery ecosystem for those seeking long-term recovery. Through strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, helping them to understand the underlying social and emotional issues that drive their substance use, the recovery ecosystem focuses on five key areas:

DRP is currently seeking a full-time Project Director. The Project Director is responsible for preparing interim and annual grant reports, and working closely with the Program Evaluator and program staff while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all grant stakeholders, including community partners, DRP staff, DRP Board of Directors and members of the community.
Compensation:
The starting pay rate for this position is $70,000 per year and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. This is a salaried-exempt role that is ineligible for overtime compensation.
The Ideal candidate will:
Thoroughly understand the terms and conditions of the program's grantsAttend meetings and conferences as required for assurance of current knowledge and competenceRecruit, train, evaluate and provide direct supervision of program staff in conjunction with the Human Resources DepartmentMaintain continuous assessment and provide ongoing feedback to staff regarding their performanceComplete written performance evaluations for staff as requiredEnsure compliance with the grant agreement, and all applicable federal, state, and other regulations listed in the grant awardEnsure adherence to protocols, policies, and procedures of DRP as well as the evidence-based intervention models for service planning and program implementationMaintain records in a suitable format for auditsProvide supervision and guidance to the Project CoordinatorsCan work independently and as a team memberPromote DRP's vision, values, and services to all customers and stakeholdersAssist in maintaining organizational wide quality standardsEnsure all actions, job performance, personal conduct and communications represent the organization in a highly professional mannerMaintain a safe and clean work environmentCompletes other duties as requested or assignedQualifications:
Master's degree in guidance and counseling, psychology, social work, education, business or public health administration or related field.Valid & unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's LicenseStrong conflict resolution and decision-making skillsAdministrative ability, experience in project coordination and supervisionAbility to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plansStrong organizational skills, including multitasking and time managementExperience in project coordination and supervisionExperience coordinating training schedules and managing classroom environmentExperience in budget management and resource allocationAbility to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagementAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and AdobePROExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsWhat's in it for you:
