Summary : The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) Floater will assist the Branch Relationship Manager with all aspects of branch operations and sales in accordance with bank policies and procedures. In this role you will assume supervisory responsibilities in assigned branch(s).

The ABM Floater is assigned to various, regionally targeted branch locations to assist with staffing needs as required for unspecified periods.

Primary Job Functions :Assume the operational responsibilities of Branch Manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.Maximize customer satisfaction by delivering "5 Star Customer Service".Promote a professional and productive work environment.Participate in branch activities planned by Branch Management.Practice and display behaviors which are focused on achieving Branch Team goals.Ensure staff is aware of Branch Activity Calendar and Incentive Plan to encourage participation and teamwork. Assist Branch Manager in motivating Branch staff to achieve goals.Compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act regulations, Customer Identification Program and know your customer requirements.Promote the security and safety of all employees and customers by complying with the Security Program.Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.Assist in training and supervision of branch personnel to ensure attainment of high individual productivity and achievement of the responsibilities and duties contained in their job descriptions.Remain current and implement all bank policies and procedures in a timely manner, including the Code of Conduct.Assist the Branch Manager to ensure that all Bank policies and procedures are followed in all aspects of the operation of the branch. Ensure that all branch personnel understand and comply with all state and federal rules, regulations, and laws.Working within Bank policy, preserve the security of all Bank assets.Responsible to open and close various branches as assigned.Additional Job Functions

Supervise vault operations, other cash drawer operations, and various areas of the branch adhering to dual control procedures.Assist branch management and/or conduct monthly audits, certifications, proofs, reconciliations, filing, scanning, and other duties as assigned, as outlined in Policy and Procedures.Assist with reviewing of branch reports as outlined in Policy and Procedures.Maintain confidentiality of customer information by complying with the Privacy Policy. Comply with established policies and procedures when responding to inquiries and requests.Knowledge and understanding of Human Resource policies as set forth by the Bank.Ability to perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative and Teller as outlined in their respective job descriptions.Assist in other areas of the bank/branch as assigned.Minimum Job Requirements :

High school diploma; college degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years banking experience with an emphasis on supervisory, sales, and customer service skillsEffective communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skillsBasic management and human resource skillsAbility to work flexible hours and travel to various branch locations as staffing requires for unspecified periods
