Job DescriptionEducation/Experience:
2 yr. associate degree or 3 yrs, related experience.
Job Duties:
• Accountable for developing, implementing, and maintaining the efficient operation of the ADC research program.
• Responsible for providing overall administrative direction including coordinating all aspects of the ADC research program of themes such as administration, implementation, communication, resource, and asset management.
• Requires independent decision-making within a delegated area of authority and the exercise of leadership in the management of support services.
• Passion for learning and providing output by asking questions, solving problems, challenging the status quo.
• Ability to collaborate within the team, as well as, across the other groups to gain the required information to complete daily operations.
• Confidently make autonomous decisions to facilitate smooth research operations bounded by an understanding of the company research flow guidelines.
• Communicate with team members, management, internal and external partners.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
