Job DescriptionScheduling orders for a Supply Chain including Data Entry, moderate to high Email and Phone volume.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

• One year of customer service experience is required.

• Must have adequate reading, math skill, and ability to write legibly.

• Strong Customer Presentation and Communication Skills.

• Database and spreadsheet skills are required.

• Proficiency in MS Office is required.

• Possesses team work attitude.

• Ability to interact professionally at all levels internally and externally.

• Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

• Work assignments are diversified.

• Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction - prepare, provide and convey diversified information.

• Minimal physical effort required.

• Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.) Moderate dexterity - regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
