Description:
The Inventory Associate is tasked with ensuring the integrity of our inventory and will be stationed within the inventory department at the Corporate Office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:
Perform inventory functions daily within the distribution center.Audit inbound and outbound lanes while supporting location team needs. Run audit reports using but not limited to the following;
Arhaus reportingArhaus POS software (Storis)Physical accounting of exceptionsConduct exception audits routinely covering both physical and system locations.Running daily, weekly, and monthly audits; the goal being to protect the integrity of the inventory.Ensures all company policies, and procedures are followed.
Competencies and Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in inventory-related roles, including warehouse, delivery, or returns experience, and familiarity with UPS shipping and return processes.Computer Skills: Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, with experience in WMS or delivery software, and UPS shipping software.Knowledge: Understanding of general warehousing and distribution practices, including order processing, picking, shipping, and returns.Flexibility: Willing to adjust work hours as needed to meet business demands
