Arhaus is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Newport Beach Showroom!The Assistant Store Manager provides support to all aspects of the Store Manager position. This individual drives an exceptional guest experience. This individual is committed to operational excellence and assists in maintaining all operational standards. This individual partners with the Store Manager regarding all functions and performs the role of Store Manager in their absence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in driving all aspects of a high-quality guest experienceFocus on maximizing team sales performanceAssist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring design consultantsAssist in training, coaching and developing design consultantsFacilitate and support ongoing training with all design consultantsEncourage and motivate design consultantsAssist in weekly lead/business reviewsDelegate tasks appropriatelyEffectively handles conflictPerforms disciplinary action as neededAssist in maintaining operational and reporting standardsSpends time acting as the Leader on DutyOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS
