Social Media Marketing SpecialistAbout the Role : In this role, you will work collaboratively with our growth and creative teams to drive the social media strategy and deliver on-brand content across social channels - working in both a strategic and task-oriented capacity. This person must be passionate about social trends, love all things content creation, be extremely organized, and have the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.What Youll DoPlan, manage and execute social media vision to drive brand discovery, customer engagement and salesResearch relevant trending content on a daily basis and report back to the teamIdeate and develop creative ideas for paid social ads - designed to drive growth (revenue) and customer engagementCreate UGC from scratch (videos and stills) / edit videos including partner whitelisting content within Capcut, Veed, PhotoshopCreate content for and manage all organic social channels - including posting on IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter etc.Brainstorm and execute innovative new social strategies, test new platforms, and expand social monetization opportunitiesMaintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touch-pointsWork with internal creative team and oversee social campaign strategy, leading social creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns and meet channel growth goalsDevelop and own multiple team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals over short and long-term that are reported to senior leadershipMaintain a detailed creative calendar to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyWho You Are2+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing, including creative developmentExperience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across digital platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metricsExperience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners/talentAnalytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programsProven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives and external agenciesExperience launching and/or directly managing social accountsExcels in self-direction, self-pacing, and working independentlyKeep a cool head, a nothing is beneath me attitude and be able to reprioritize on the flyStrong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-up skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsHigh energy, ability to consistently take initiative, and a healthy dose of hustleLocation: [Boston, MA or NYC/ Brooklyn, New York] Hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days/week in-office at either of our Boston or Brooklyn headquarters.As a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, Beam encourages individuals of all backgrounds and experiences to apply for this opportunity.
