The Quality Director will play a vital role in C-suite strategy while ensuring hands-on oversight at the operational level.Job DescriptionOversee all quality operations, from quality control, engineering, continuous improvement, customer engagement, compliance, and high level strategyManage key customer accounts with OEM aerospace manufacturers and government bodiesGenerate, improve, and implement standards across 3 sites to reduce quality issues and improve the quality processMaintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP systemsImprove overall quality culture with operators, inspectors, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and middle managementDemonstrate strong business acumen in written and verbal formLead continuous improvement initiates to reduce cost and improve efficiencyConduct hiring, firing, and performance reviewsManage department P&LHelp to develop individual and team talents through training, performance monitoring, KPIs, and real-time feedbackPlease apply below, if you're resume looks to fit in with the criteria.
