Production lead

We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will oversee daily production operations, manage a team of assemblers, and ensure that plastic parts and components meet quality and efficiency standards. The Production Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow, safety, and productivity in the production area.salary: $19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Lead and supervise the production team in the manufacturing of plastic parts and products, ensuring timely completion of daily production targets.Direct and mentor assemblers, providing training on equipment operation, safety protocols, and production processes.Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet required specifications and standards.
