SAP SD/GTM Functional Consultant

Role Title: SAP SD/GTM Functional ConsultantClient: Paper and Forest Product ManufacturingEmployment Type: ContractDuration: 6 months with likely extensionPreferred Location: remote role with minimum travel- Work EST time zoneRole Description:Design, configurate and test in various SAP Modules: GTM / SD with touchpoints in PP/MM, TM & FICOFunctional Consultant GTM/SD Responsibilities:Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to the businessFacilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfactionAnalyze the current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutionsActs as liaison with the business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes and objectivesCarry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved business proceduresProvide direction and leadership by developing/evaluating plans and criteria to be carried out by othersRequirements:- Looking for a JR to mid-level SAP SD Consultant (5-10 years of experience)Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), or related fieldMust have S/4 HANA ExperienceSAP configuration experience in the SD module (GTM is a plus but not required)Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules especially with PP/MM, TM & FICOSeveral full lifecycle SAP Implementation experiences (Project Preparation till Go-Live)Business knowledge and process design skillsAbility to analyze problems and provide recommendationsMust be able to work independently with little to no supervisionMust be a team player with good interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines requiredMust be willing to travel when required
